Morality refers to the principles, values, and standards that guide human behavior and determine what is considered right or wrong. It is a system of ethics that helps individuals and societies make judgments and decisions about what is morally good and just. Through God consciousness, honesty and truthfulness, justice and fairness, compassion and kindness, modesty and humility, respect and good manners, integrity and trustworthiness we can make a change to the betterment of our families and our communities.
Morality is a fundamental aspect of religion, as it provides guidelines and principles for to lead a virtuous and righteous life. During these turbulent times where crime is rife, whether financial crimes by those in leadership or other criminal activities influenced by gangsterism and drugs in impoverished communities, morality is critical to ensure good values are instilled in ourselves firstly and through our actions teach those in our families and communities. With a culture of hopelessness due to the lack of proper leadership of those in power we need to more than ever come back to working on these basic principles of morality to strengthen our belief and have hope in the mercy of the Creator of everything created.
Today we managed to feed 2,500 people from there communities of Khayelitsha, Vrygrond, Seawinds, Lavender Hill, Manenberg and the Egoli Informal Settlement. We thank all our sponsors, volunteers, distribution partners and the team for your contributions in cash and your valuable time, we are extremely grateful for making this feeding possible.
Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself. Let us start with working on our morality through our actions on a daily basis in order that we benefit ourselves and humanity at large. Together we can achieve more.
